Director
Janne (pronounced Yanna) Sahady is the director of the Innerlight St John Concordia trip. This is her fourth year as director of the Innerlight St John retreats.
Janne is a senior teacher at Innerlight Center for Yoga, a co-director of the Innerlight Yoga Teacher Training program, and a yoga teacher for the Newport Hospital Enough Is Enough program. She has taught yoga in yoga studios, homes, schools, barns, parks, on islands and in the woods. More than a decade of studying and teaching yoga has taught her that yoga is a very individual practice; we all find our way by learning to listen to what our bodies and deeper wisdom tells us. Her yoga classes are known for weaving wise alignment, philosophy and humor.
Janne is an avid swimmer and snorkeler and loves to share the beauty of the turquoise waters of St John with other swimmers, new and experienced alike.
